Return Policy

1. Return of merch

Unused merch in its original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise provided by law or by the specific nature of the particular product.

Return conditions:

the product has not been used;

the product is in resalable condition;

the original packaging has been preserved, if applicable;

order confirmation is available.

The cost of return shipping may be borne by the buyer if the product:

is not defective;

was not sent by mistake.

2. Return of event tickets

Tickets to events, tastings, tours and workshops are generally non-refundable after purchase.

Exceptions include:

cancellation of the event;

a significant change of the date or time;

a significant change of the event format;

other cases where a refund is required by law.

In such cases, the seller may offer:

a full refund;

transfer of the ticket;

exchange for another event;

credit for the value of the ticket.

3. Return of alcoholic products

Due to the nature of alcoholic and food products, returns after handover are usually not accepted, except in the following cases:

damaged packaging;

defective product;

wrong product sent;

damage during delivery;

other cases expressly provided by law.

4. If the order arrived damaged or incorrect

If you received:

a damaged product;

the wrong product;

an order with an obvious defect;

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and, if possible, attach:

photos of the packaging;

photos of the product;

the order number;

a brief description of the problem.

5. Refund period

If the return is approved, the funds will be returned to the same payment method used to pay for the order within a reasonable time, depending on the payment system and the buyer's bank.
