Terms of Sale
1. General provisions
These terms govern purchases made in the online store of Elembeer Pruulikoda OÜ at elembeer.ee.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they:
have read these terms;
accept them;
provide accurate information when placing the order.

3. Goods and services
The online store may offer the following categories of goods and services:
craft beer and other packaged alcoholic beverages to the extent permitted by law;
branded merch;
tickets to brewery events;
tickets to tastings;
tickets to tours;
tickets to workshops and other themed events.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in euros (EUR), unless otherwise indicated.
The price of a product or service is shown on the product page.
The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
For an order that has already been paid for, the price shown at the time the order was placed applies.
5. Payment
The order can be paid for securely through the MakeCommerce / Maksekeskus payment solution. The online store offers the following payment methods: Estonian bank payments, Visa and Mastercard card payments and, where technically available, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment: in the secure environment of the respective bank when paying by bank payment, and in the secure payment environment of Maksekeskus AS when paying by card. The online store does not have access to the customer’s bank or payment card details.
The sales contract enters into force from the moment the amount payable is received in the online store’s bank account or the payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment service provider.
When paying by bank payment, please press the “Back to merchant” button on the bank’s page after completing the payment.
Orders are paid for using the payment methods available on the website, including the Stripe payment service and other connected payment methods.
The buyer must:
provide correct payment details,
use only payment instruments that legally belong to them,
make sure that the payment has been completed successfully.
An order is considered placed after the payment has been successfully authorised and the order confirmation has been received.
6. Order confirmation and acceptance
An order is considered accepted for fulfilment after:
the payment has been successfully confirmed,
an order confirmation has been sent to the buyer by email or by another method.
The seller has the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
a technical error on the website;
a pricing error;
the product is unavailable;
sales or delivery restrictions;
suspected fraud;
it is not possible to legally hand over alcoholic products to the buyer.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded to the buyer within a reasonable time.
7. Age restriction for alcohol
Alcoholic products are sold only to persons over 18 years of age in accordance with Estonian law.
By placing an order that contains alcohol, the buyer confirms that:
they are at least 18 years old;
they have the right to purchase alcoholic products;
they will be able to prove their age upon receipt of the order if required.
The seller has the right to:
request proof of age;
refuse to hand over the order if proof of age is not provided;
cancel the order if there are grounds to believe that the buyer or recipient has not reached the age required by law.
8. Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup terms are governed by the separate Delivery Policy published on the website.
For orders containing alcohol:
the order is handed over only to an adult recipient;
presentation of an identity document may be required if necessary;
if age cannot be verified, the order may not be issued.
9. Event tickets
Tickets to events, tastings, tours and other activities:
are valid only for the specified date and event;
may be sent electronically;
may be subject to additional terms stated in the description of the specific event.
Certain events may be subject to:
age restrictions;
capacity limits;
rescheduling or cancellation terms.
10. Returns and refunds
The conditions for returning goods, tickets and payments are governed by the separate Return Policy published on the website.
11. Liability
The seller is not liable for delays or inability to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
payment system failures;
errors by delivery services;
technical malfunctions;
force majeure;
restrictions imposed by law or public authorities.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The consumer rights established by mandatory legal provisions remain fully in force.
18+ / Alcohol sales rules
1. Age restriction
Alcoholic products presented in the Elembeer online store are sold only to persons over 18 years of age.
2. Age confirmation
By placing an order that contains alcohol, the buyer confirms that:
they are at least 18 years old;
they have the right to purchase alcoholic products;
they will be able to prove their age upon receipt of the order.
3. Age verification
We reserve the right to:
request proof of age;
check age at pickup;
check age upon delivery;
refuse to hand over the order if proof of age is not provided.
4. Refusal to hand over an order
We have the right to refuse to hand over an order if:
the recipient is under 18 years of age;
the recipient cannot prove their age;
there are reasonable grounds to believe that the order was placed in violation of the law.
5. Sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited
We do not knowingly sell alcohol to minors.
