Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area

At the moment, delivery is available:

within Estonia.

2. Methods of receipt

Depending on the type of product or service, the order may be handed over in the following ways:

delivery via logistics partners;

pickup from the seller's location;

electronic delivery for event tickets.

3. Pickup from the seller's location

Pickup is available only by prior agreement with the seller.

Pickup is possible from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 at:

After the order is placed, the seller will contact the buyer to agree on the exact pickup date and time.

The buyer must bring the order confirmation and, if the order contains alcoholic products, a valid identity document. Alcoholic products are handed over only to persons aged 18 or over.

If the buyer arrives without prior agreement, outside the agreed time, or cannot prove their age when collecting alcoholic products, the seller has the right to refuse to hand over the order.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times depend on:

the type of product;

product availability;

the size of the order;

the delivery address;

the working schedule of delivery services;

public holidays and weekends.

Exact delivery times may be stated:

in the order confirmation;

in a separate message to the buyer.

5. Delivery of alcoholic products

Additional rules apply to orders containing alcohol:

alcohol is handed over only to a person over 18 years of age;

the recipient may be required to present a valid identity document;

an order containing alcohol is not handed over to minors;

if age cannot be verified, the seller or delivery service has the right to refuse to hand over the order.

If the alcohol could not be handed over because age could not be verified, the order may be:

cancelled;

returned to the seller;

rearranged by separate agreement, if permitted by law.

6. Electronic tickets

Tickets to events may be sent:

to an email address;

or by another method specified in the event description.

The buyer must:

provide a correct email address;

check the spam/junk folder;

contact support in a timely manner if necessary.

7. Limitation of liability

The seller is not liable for delays caused by:

errors in the buyer's data;

actions of delivery services;

technical failures;

weather conditions;

force majeure;

restrictions imposed by law.

The buyer is responsible for collecting the parcel from the selected parcel machine or pickup point within the time period set by the carrier. If the buyer does not collect the parcel in time and the parcel is returned to the seller, the seller has the right to deduct the actual delivery and return costs from the refundable amount, where permitted by applicable law.

Re-sending the order is possible by agreement with the buyer and the buyer must pay the additional delivery cost.

If the parcel is not released because the recipient cannot prove their age or does not meet the 18+ age requirement, this is considered a circumstance attributable to the buyer. In such case, the seller has the right to deduct the actual delivery and return costs from the refundable amount, where permitted by applicable law.

If an order selected for pickup is not collected at the agreed time and the buyer does not agree on a new pickup time within a reasonable period, the seller has the right to cancel the order or agree on another method of receipt with the buyer, where permitted by applicable law.
